FARM SAFETY
This past fall, we volunteered our time and knowledge, at the Mitchell County Farm Safety Camp. The 4th grade kids from St. Ansgar and Osage schools learned about: tractor safety, grain bin safety, PTO safety, four-wheeler safety and many other topics.
St. Ansgar FFA members Morgan Merten, Dakotah Patterson, Madison Soltau, and Mark Bless discussed tractor safety with 4th grade students from St. Ansgar and Osage that participated in the Mitchell County Farm Safety Day camp held in Osage in September.
St. Ansgar FFA members Chloe Levan, Sydney Patterson, and Sarah Phelps discussed pulley and pinch point safety with 4th grade students from St. Ansgar and Osage that participated in the Mitchell County Farm Safety Day camp.
Six senior members helped present at the Farm Safety Day camp. The six seniors were: Sarah Phelps, Mark Bless, Madi Blake, Sydney Patterson, Chloe Levan and Madison Soltau.
